• Concept Design & Development
• Site Plan
• Floorplan, Elevations & Sections.
• Landscape Plan
• Site Management Plan (including Erosion & Sediment Control)
• Basix Certificate*
• 3D Render to give clients an insight for what the proposed design will look like.
• Double Storey package includes Shadow Diagrams as requested by council.

Do i need these Add-Ons?

 Do you want to let us do all the hard work? If so choose the Hassle Free Add-On. We will lodge the DA for you online at the NSW Planning Portal with all necessary supporting documentation.
